Staff was super friendly and quick! Food was great!
Food was good. Taking away a star because I got a veggie bowl and they charged me for "extra veggies." I asked for an extra bit... of veggies after receiving the smallest pinch of them. When I asked for extra, I received another even smaller pinch. Still gotless veggies than I get from any other Hot Head, and they charged me extra. Extra veggies shouldn't even cost extra anyway whengetting a veggie bowl. They were playing terrible modern country in the store. Turn that off, please. No one said "Welcome toHot Head" when customers entered. Read more
I got a bowl and a burrito and there was like nothing on them it looked like a kids size it was horrible
Ten dollars for a tiny bowl of cold dog food. Chipolte blows this dump away. Stay away.
So as I walk up to the store two of your employees are smoking by the entrance ... then I continue into the store ... NO ONE IN... THERE ... then I leave instantly to the employees being aggravated I didn't want to order food then continued to yell things atme as I left ... Just moved into town and we loved to go to the Hothead near us and was going to continue to give your companymy business ... NOT AT THIS LOCATION ... maybe that's why the place is empty ... Read more
Great food always and fresh. Great staff. Kind if like a Mexican Subway. You tell them what you want and they fix it for you.... Wonderful selection from mild to very hot and everything in between. Have been to several in the Dayton area and alwayscompletely satisfied. Read more
So staff was not the friendliest, which is fine but you can at the least not be annoyed for asking for sour cream and such. The... lady that was at the register seemed annoyed slamming her hands down on the counter several times while cashing me out. Worstmistake was getting a drink, I've attached a picture so you can come to your own conclusion but mine is that I will not be goingback. It's very apparent they haven't cleaned up the machine for a while which leaves me with too many unanswered questionsabout how well they clean behind the counter and the kitchen.
