Ordering w/ a 3rd party company is the worst. My email confirmation tracking shows my order is canceled & you can't get anyone... on the phone. This is HORRIBLE customer service!! Seriously doubt we'll give them a second chance. Which is sad because we usedto love Papa Johns. Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas over the phone, picked them up and got them home and both were wrong. Called back and reordered them, went backto pick them up and they were still wrong. This is the second time I ordered from this location with the exact same experience. Shame on me. I ordered online. Tracker said... 25-35 minutes. At 5:12 I get a text telling me the pizza was ready. I go in and I?m told it?s ?still being prepared?. 30 minslater I still have no pizza. It?s ?coming out of the oven?. I?m done ordering here. Read more
The pizzas seemed thrown together. I went up to the store to get them replaced, they messed up again. I wanted to get a refund... but at that point I was super frustrated. I love Papa Johns but I won't be back to this particular location. Read more
They need to work on cooking a pizza all the way through , I asked for WELL DONE and it came barley cooked , not happy
