On Saturday the Company was giving us money for lunch so we decided on Subway. I talk to a really nice guy a few days before to... see if we needed to order ahead for enough to feed 5 employees and he went through everything that i could do and said I did nothave to order early.before the day. I decided on box lunches and tried to place order online and it said it was pass the timefor catering and when I went back it wiped out entire order, I tried one more time and I got same message so I called and theguy said I could not order over phone and I told him what happened and I tried to order online he was so rude and just said, Idon't know mam, but you cannot order over phone. I said well I tried to order online...he repeated the same thing so I told himthanks for being so nice and well go somewhere else. The manager was so so rude. Even though we were intending to order 3 foot long subs, he refused to give us a paper bowl for our... baby?s food unless we ordered soup (which it would then have soup in it and still couldn?t be used for baby food). He was sorude to us from the moment we walked through the door. We ended up leaving without ordering. Read more

Staff is friendly but are horribly trained. They?re just high school kids who don?t take the job seriously, they?re very slow... and most do not know how to properly make a sub, barely any meat or cheese, tons of sauce, not very fresh produce. This subwayused to be awesome. Very sad. Read more
I paid an extra dollar to get bacon and there was no bacon on my sammy :( it even said bacon on the order online and on the... sandwich. Read more
