Sat in drive thru and nobody ever answered or took my order. Store was open and I seen employees inside.
The new reward points is a scam. I already had 120 pts before and they were suppose to change to 1200 pts but never did. So... stupid. Read more
Today I tried their new Strawberry Coconut Refresher drink and a strawberry cheesecake muffin. (They only had chocolate chip or... the strawberry cheesecake to choose from.) I found the drink too sweet, not creamy. It tasted like strawberry syrup with a milkyliquid, no coconut flavor. Their muffins are always good, in my opinion. The filling in this is a thinner consistency, and itdoes have a cream cheese flavor. I gave four stars instead of three because I really like Tim Hortons. Others have mentioned thedry/stale donuts...I agree, it's hit or miss to get what I was originally wanting or something fresh, and they are frequentlyout of things. The service and atmosphere is always nice. I would choose Tim Hortons over Starbucks any day. Read more

My daughter and I we're wanting to try Tim Hortons on our vacation. She loves it because it is Canadian and her friend from... there talks about it so much. I currently live in Florida where Tim Hortons does not exist. I grew up with it in Ohio so while visiting family I was excited... to try out Tim Hortons again. The service was okay, but they had gotten our coffees wrong. I had ordered a flavored latte, andinstead they gave me a plain latte. My boyfriend ordered an iced coffee and they gave him a hot coffee. Just disappointed theydidn't get our orders right. I gave 3 stars because the coffee was still good, just not what we wanted. Read more
