My wife and I have been to the Springdale location several times. We like to sit at the bar area and eat lunch. The time before... last we met David our bartender. What a pleasant experience. The new staff & upgrades are 10/10.I felt the need to write a great review because this place was going downhill a few months... ago.Im not sure what they did but the staff was amazing!!! Our food was out in no time!! & it was perfectly cooked.The new placeis great as well.No wait time anymore.Before you could be standing forever and nobody would seat you.Now there is actually ahostess.Great job to the management for lifting this place up & making it better for the town! As always the wings are great but too pricy and the service is always super slow. If you are in a hurry, this is not your... restaurant. If you have the time and money it?s some of the best Buffalo wings around! Id like to say the service is good, butthe quality of service is always based on your server, I have had great servers at BWW, but then again, I have had some of themost apathetic servers of my life at BWW. Often your drink run completely out, and while you wait forever for your food to comeyou wait with an empty glass. ?and this has been my experience with all the BWW I have ever eaten at (over 10). The only thingthat keeps me coming back to BWW is the great wings, otherwise I?d never return for the roulette of service. Read more

What is there not to like about BDUBS besides the wait time?!? I'm a big fan of their blazin' sauce. The wings are sometimes... either a hit or miss, but lately they've been a hit. They really are packing some meat into the bones. Traditional wings isalways the way to go! Definitely try the blazin sauce if you haven't already. Will make you sweat, for sure. Read more
My love for wings and the fan I was about going to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings have made me think twice about eating wings or at... this location ever again. I ordered 10 traditional wings to go and only 3/10 didn?t have feathers on them. I?m very clean aboutmy food and to see this makes me upset and disgusted. I don?t know how they don?t see that while cooking the wings or tossingthem in the sauce. I called for a refund so let?s hope they do refund my money back cause I didn?t even end up eating them. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but I think it's time that I realize that I just love their sauces and start making my own... wings at home. I ordered 15 boneless wings and a largo potato wedge with cheddar and extra blue cheese and my total was $28.Nothing about what I ate was worth almost $30 some of the "wings" were barely considered a chunk and even then were almost allbreading. They must have been running low on cheddar because I had one little area that had cheese on them and the rest gotskipped. I get the price of chicken has went up, but I can go to Chick-fil-a and get a 30 count nugget for $15. Read more
