I was in this Casey?s today 4/15/22. I bought a scratch off ticket and the cashier refused to giving me my money from my... winning ticket. She claimed she didn?t have $100 in her drawer but I know she was lying. The gas station is extremely busy andthis was close to 11 in the morning. She told me I can ask someone else in the store to buy my ticket or take it somewhereelse. I live in Harrison so when I got back to my home town I went in to try to cash my ticket but they couldn?t because it wasshowing it was already cashed. If you can?t pay tickets you shouldn?t sell them and you shouldn?t steal peoples winnings!!! Read more
I do not recommend this store to anyone. If you pay with a debit card they will put a hold on your account to where you can't... spend no more money until they release your account. How does a gas station even have power to hold someone's account? Read more
I?m giving Sabrina, one of the cashiers, 5 stars; not the rest of the staff or the gas station in general. I felt bad for her.... Not only was she the only one actually working but apparently on a broken foot! What company does that to their employees?! Imean, not even a chair for her to rest behind the register? I?m no doctor but I?m pretty sure you shouldn?t be standing on abroken foot otherwise that foot won?t heal properly. my friend?s mom went there today and was literally just trying to pump gas and the cashiers were so rude to her and treated her... poorly! when she asked to speak to a manager, which is in all her right, the cashiers continued to be rude and ridiculed herand did not treat her with any respect. she could not defend herself because she does not speak English well, so it was such ahorrible experience to say the least. She is asian, and I am worried this might have to do with the recent Asian-American hatecrimes that have been happening, and as a minority I do not feel safe coming in there anymore. They need to discipline thecashiers there and workers and make sure nobody else gets treated in such horrible manner. Overall, disgusted by them. Read more
I will never pump gas here ever again. I am typing this out for my mom. There was a very disrespectful cashier/clerk that... treated my mother with no respect. My mom told the girl working there that she needed to pump 5$ on #13 and the girl had anattitude with her. When my mom handed her the money the girl snatched the money from her aggressively! My mom was shocked andshe asked to see a manager but the girl refused to let her speak to the manager and started yelling at my mother. My mother doesnot speak english well at all so she didn't understand why she was getting aggressive with her . Her co worker joined in withher then proceeded to yell and shout at my mother telling her to get out. She was very confused and scared. I have no idea whythey treated her this way. I really hope the store can investigate this and take action on the situation that happened. Read more
Although the gas is typically a few cents higher than the Walmart I go to, I am a sucker for their pizza and soft serve. Usually... the service inside is very fast, even during busy times before 9 and after 5. Recommend if you are in the area. One of thebetter gas stations on College/Thompson/71. Read more
Kinda getting tired of coming to this station due to the last several times I?ve been here I?ve went in to use the restroom and... they?ve had signs up saying the restrooms are closed which is fine if there was something wrong with them but when I was inthere tonight I clearly heard an employee say they were going to the bathroom and saw an employee enter the bathroom even thoughthe signs were up saying they were closed!!!! If there isn?t anything wrong with the bathrooms then they should be open toeveryone considering y?all are considered a convenient store and having a restroom for customer is supposed to be part of theconvenience of y?all being open!!!!!
