We was just in Casey's in tontitown, Arkansas and the lady working the register was so rude!!! There was a line of us and she... just acted like she wanted to hurry up and get us out of her way as if we were a bother and act like we interrupted her in themiddle of something. We asked her a question and she would not answer and act like it was such a bother. I have never had anexperience like that at any other Casey's, just her. We just left Casey's at 2:26 p.m. on August 3rd Tuesday. Pretty upset aboutthis!! Read more
All Casey's General Stores are top-notch in the ever-expanding, highly competitive convenience store/gas station industry. Their... fueling stations are always clean and supplies like courtesy paper towels are well-stocked. Trash receptacles are always lessthan half full and this shows that they empty them frequently. The window cleaner squeegee stations are always clean and don'tsmell like a sewer, the sewer-like smell being bug sludge. In the squeegee stations I've encountered at other gas stations, thewindow cleaner fluid is VERY rarely being drained, the bin being cleaned, and then refilled with fresh window cleaner. It's sucha simple thing to provide, but so many gas stations just don't care about it. Casey's obviously cares greatly. I speak so muchabout the window squeegee stations because it seems EVERY other gas station I go to when I'm not near a Casey's has horriblesmelling window cleaner. One time I went to a dumpy gas station in Florida because I was in dire need of fuel and was in a ruralarea. I also wanted to squeegee my windows. So as the pump is running, I grab the handle of the squeegee and pull it out of thesqueegee bin, the bin falls off the mount it was on and the most VILE, black, thick, NASTY, bug filled liquid goes all over theconcrete floor. It was extremely slippery and I slipped and fell as I reflexively stepped sideways to avoid the deluge of bugsludge. It got all over my hands, pants, shoes, and sleeve of my shirt. I literally gagged and vomited because of how bad thesmell of the sludge was. So this bad experience really affected me, but Casey's is so much better in regard to this courtesyprovision. Casey's has excellent sausage pizza and their other baked to order pizza and other prepared foods are fresh and verytasty. The soda fountain stations are clean, well maintained, and cups/supplies are well stocked. just stopped in to get a flat of water but found the staff really interesting and unique! they were friendly and professional... yet were entertaining and a welcome escape from the usual behavior of store clerks. Store is clean and well stocked andorganized. Read more
