I stopped at this Casey?s in Springdale & got a sweet tea. I love the tea & pizza but not so much the coffee but I?m not a heavy... coffee drinker either. This is by far the worst Casey's I've ever been to! I will now go out of my way to avoid it. Bathrooms are always filthy and not... stocked. Pumps never have paper to produce a receipt. Coffee machines always blinking a warning code indicating they needcleaning. Each and every staff member is either completely inattentive or incompetent, or sometimes both. Always rude andimpersonal... Just wanting to get you out of their face so they can go back to conversing with coworkers or staring at theirphones. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed! What a waste of a nice, new facility to fill it with people who don't care,have no work ethic, and almost non-existent interpersonal skills. Special shout outs to the girl who works there during the dayshift during the week (brunette with glasses), and the recently hired very old and confused man; these two are the worst of thelot. The store is very organized, the staff is pleasant, and the food has always been consistent. Every time I?ve ordered a pizza... from this location, it?s always made the way I wanted it compared to other Casey?s in the area. Read more
10:17 pm. Bathroom was a disaster and store was slow. Primary reason for the one star is I gave her $17 cash even (no coins). A... drink $3.09 and the rest for gas $11. She made it separate transaction and it shorted me $1.91 on gas. And to make it a worsethere was no manager present I was told. I know it's just a couple dollars but every penny counts with the way society is today. Read more
There was only one person behind the counter and the line was extremely long. She buzzed her helper multiple times, but it took... a while for him to come out from the back to help her. She was doing everything she could to get the line down, but had adifficult customer. This problem falls on management because they aren't staffing enough help for their store. Read more
