As you can see in this picture only rice and bean were eaten. The quesadilla was super grease and looked like a pool of oil. I... called and told the lady that we ordered two quesadillas and If needed to take it back or if she would be able to refund mymoney and she said that's the way they make quesadillas. Wow! The birria tacos are amazing! I have wanted to try them ever since I saw birria on tik tok. The front desk lady was very... nice and explained the food to me and was very sweet. The restraunt looked very clean and plenty of seating for lunch hour. Veryquick to have the food ready as well. Soooooo good, I would highly recommend to try birria if you have ever been curious. My first time ever at El Charro since I'm new to Arkansas. The restaurant is a quaint, little restaurant in a strip mall... location, and seems to be ran by a family. Jasmine at the counter was welcoming, friendly, and she was also my server. Shesuggested the Quesabirrias, which I have never heard of before at any Mexican restaurants. If you can ignore the fact that thedish was fried, it was surprisingly tasteful and full of flavor. It came with a consomme for dipping which gave it a subtlespice and added flavor. All in all, I enjoyed the meal and will definitely come back. I RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone inthe NW Arkansas area. Read more

A group of 6 of us stopped here after an event in Springdale, after we saw it on Google. It was really good! The staff were... friendly and welcoming. I ordered the quesabarilla but minus the pico, and it was delicious! The beef was super tender likeroast. Good, authentic food. Read more
