No one, and I mean no one came to the counter to take my order! So after using kiosk to order took several minutes to take my... money. Then 20 more minutes to get my food. Total time at a so called fast food franchise 42 minutes. Not at all pleased withlayout or customer service. Read more
My Door dash driver waited 17 minutes for ONE large cup of coffee and ONE chocolate milk. That?s ridiculous. You pour the coffee... in a cup and put a lid on it. No reason it should have taken almost 20 minutes to be served one coffee and a jug of chocolatemilk. I can understand good items? but That requires no preparation. Please do better. Read more
Toilets are always dirty there and if you need to go to the bathroom that's good place to eat to get unplugged
