Absolutely disgusting racist behavior by staff at Springdalelocation. . Refuse to serve an interracial couple. We stood there,... the only people in line, and the staff kept peering at us and talking amongst themselves without even acknowledging us. We leftand will not be returning. We ordered a 2 entreè plate with fried rice, broccoli beef & chicken with mushrooms. We also ordered a bowl with super greens &... chicken with mushrooms as the entreè. An order of Chicken egg roll (1 per order) and an order of Crab Rangoon (3 per order).Total was $21.86 including taxes. Plenty of food. 3 fun fortunes in the fortune cookies. Went thru drive-through at 7:38 PM today and ordered peanut chicken over brown rice, the bowl size, opened it up at home... should?ve taken a picture but there are literally 2 tablespoons of chicken at the most maybe a third of a cup of bread bellpeppers and some spicy peanuts but man the spicy peppers?3?were great. There is always something going on at this place. I ordered on the app they call me say they are out of white rice because they... are close to closing i understand so i pick something else. They call back and say they are are completely out of beef andbroccoli i only like three things from this place (sorry I?m a picky eater) so i ask them to cancel my order. The guy apologizesand says he can have beef and broccoli made but it may take a bit I don?t want to be a bother for the delivery person or thekitchen staff since they are about to close i ask him what time they close he says 9:30 i look at the time and it?s 4 mins until9:30 i say no cancel my order. I then look online and there closing time isn?t until 10p Other times they ran out of things iunderstand because i worked at restaurant before but i mean not as much as this place. This is high quality Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki and the Kung Pow Chicken (careful, it?s a little... spicy but not overly). They have a good variety of side dishes, not just fried rice. (Steamed rice, brown rice, noodles). Irecommend using the app and ordering before you arrive for the fastest service. Read more
