Great pizza. Wood fired, huge..crispy but chewy. Starter salad was also huge! The atmosphere was busy, friendly and loud.

There?s some places that are just dear to your heart, this is one of them. Not only is the pizza DIVINE, but we?ve gone so many... times and it feels like family when we walk in. *Pro-tip: try the mint they give you at the end, we liked them so much we gotthem on Amazon lol! Great experience at Pizzaria Ruby. This little authentic pizzaria is amazing. Service was excellent and all the staff were... friendly and helpful. We ordered the Green Monstah. It is pistachio pesto and white sauce with spinach, tomatoes garlic andcheese. Thin foldable crust that was hot and fresh. Loads of options outside pizza including traditional Italian fare, mussels,octopus and more. Lots on tap and numerous vino options plus a nice selection of grain alcohol as well. This is a local gem! Don?t forget the gelato daily flavor. Today it was chocolate hazelnut which came with a light sprinkling of course sea salt. Give this place a try. You won?t be disappointed. Read more
We loved Pizzeria Ruby. The restaurant is small so not a lot of seating but food was great. We ordered Mama's meatball as an app... and for the pizza we got the North End. The meatballs were great, they had a good garlic flavor and was also topped with somered sauce. The North End had both red and white sauce with sausage, very delicious. We also like the crust. Corner pizzeria prices, fine dining taste. All fresh, perfectly spiced. Speciality slice, Caesar salad, mineral water -- lunch... special $10. A little noisy but in a fun busy way. Read more
I dare say the meatballs are as good or better than any I've ever had, even from an Italian grandmother. It's fun to dine in and... watch the crew expertly toss fresh pizza dough and fire it in the oven. The pizza toppings are fresh and flavors are pairedperfectly. Get there early!! Read more
Have waited until now to check out The Ruby...lots of hype and let me tell you, it lives up to it. It's a little loud for me,... but that's a personal preference. The meatballs were chef's kiss, and the pizza crust is spot on... Not sure if they make thesausage in house, but OMG delicious. If you're in NWA, definitely check it out. Read more
