Worst place to eat always messes up my orders DO NOT GO HERE
I have spent my life in customer service, this is the first review I have ever written. I have experienced customer service... from Alaska to Maine, and this was the worst place I have ever been. Arkansas deserves better than this place, I had to get arefund for the first time in my life. Please respect yourself and never eat here. Read more
Reading other reviews a repeated theme occurs: it takes forever to get your food here, and we found that out the hard way coming... back from Branson to Fayetteville today. Father-in-law and wife and three kids order at the kiosk inside and sit down. Keepinga 5 year old and 3 year old and 8-month-old occupied for more than 10 minutes is a chore. We waited at LEAST 20 minutes for ourfood to come out and it still hadn?t. It took my wife and I going and just standing at the counter to get any sort of responsefrom any staff. They said ?we?re working on it,? and took another 5 minutes before finally handing us a bag of food and sayingnothing, no acknowledgment of it taking long or any sort of apology. There was another man and his teenage son with him whoordered their food right before us and it took us going up there for him to get the courage to go up there himself and figureout when his food was going to come out. It took them another 5 minutes so he easily waited 40 minutes at TACO BELL for hislunch on Sunday after arriving at 11:45. This location?s staff looks to be mainly high school age with maybe a manager in hislate forties or fifties and they clearly care zero about customer service or getting food out in a timely manner. It?s a shamebecause it really isn?t hard to at least apologize or acknowledge that it?s taking awhile. If they had done that I wouldn?t beleaving this review. Read more
Not sure what happened here?but I ordered at the kiosk, expecting fast service. One other dine in customer (after me) and about... 3 drive thru orders were fulfilled before mine. And I?m still waiting. I used to prefer this location?but no more. Read more
No sour cream was displaying on the screen they heard why does everything have sour cream??????
It's 12:30 on Saturday and had some of the most poorly wrapped burrito, along with having hardly anything in there, it's food... somehow. I could make and wrap anything on the menu better than anyone at this location with my eyes blindfolded. You need toproperly train your employees. all the new stuff means nothing when it can't properly be made. Read more
They will let you know that it take 15 MINUTES! For online orders to come through. And the evening shift guy will be very rude... about it. Shouting and degrading. This is not a man with patience or kindness. Crazy I was made to feel this way at a Taco Bellof all places. What bean burrito. Read more
