It?s not that?s hard to read someone?s order. They forget food in my order three times in one visit and when I get home the food... isn?t even made how it?s ordered and I didn?t edit any ingredients. Oh what a not so friendly customer service they have? I go here every Wednesday night for late pickup. I have been a regular for over a year. Tonight, I could tell something was off... and they took a long time with my food, body language was strange with the staff - I got it home and it was clear they had spitall over my food. I called and asked for a refund and they said I would need me to come in person to do it. I?m a regular,usually love this place, but this really shook me up. I won?t be back now. Read more

They say they're open until 4am. We pull up at 2:50 and they say "We're sorry, we're only taking online orders for the rest of... the night". So we pull into the parking lot, place an online order and go back around to the window. Lol, I will change myrating when someone explains to me how this makes sense. What is the point? It's pretty inconvenient for people who work lateand are just trying to get home all hungry and tired as heck. I love taco bell. Especially since the Mexican Pizza is back ????but come on guys... Please explain this one. All of the Taco Bells in NWA seem to be a little off every single time we visitone. We visit a LOT. Multiple times a weeks. I work down the road and will put in mobile orders before I leave the parking lot. In the time it takes for me to get here from... my work (like 2 minutes or so) my order is ready and waiting for me! The lunch crew here is fantastic and friendly! This is myfavorite location by far! Read more
I've been going here for the past few months every single day for lunch to see Dale at the window and rest of the team. Ive been... in a QSR for 4 years as a General manager so I understand the service industry. This whole team always delivers me the bestservice and food. It's always so clean and organized. I mean look how I opened my box! Flat out amazing. I wish people wouldgive a smile and let you guys know how amazing you are. I know I do and I really appreciate the owner and the store manager plusall of the shift leads and cooks. I really appreciate the quality. You've got me for life at this location. Read more
