We had a group of 20. Lots of pizza,salads an wings. It was great. Service was great.
Really great pizza and salads. Greeted and seated immediately. Always kept our drinks full. Our kids love the pizza here so... much. We always get light marinara and they don't mind the customizations. The Stuffy Sticks are a nice appetizer for thetable. Clean tables and restrooms. Plenty of TVs with interesting sports and game shows to keep the entire family entertained. TVs have volume off so you can also have good conversations. Read more
Came here with my family and friends for the 1st time and the food was great! Our waitress was very nice and gave us very good... service. We watched the Diamond Hogs spank Stanford 17-2 on their many TVs. Loved our experience and will definitely be back! Read more

The staff were very good. The food was very tasty. The cheese dip, while tasting great, was pretty thin. It helped to actually... poor it on the chips and then eat them with a spoon. It also didn't stay on top of the cheese steak sandwich. It still soakedinto the bread. Altogether, I would eat there again but would like the dip to be thicker. Read more
I enjoy going to the original Fay downtown location for hot pizza and cold beer. The Springdale location is much nicer (newer)... and still as yummy! I can't wait to go back when its nicer weather, so I can sit outside and eat my food - yum!l Read more

When taking our drink order, we asked if they had kids' milk, our waitress rudely said "no we don't". I understand not having... it, but she could have delivered it better. We then asked if we could get a smaller water cup for a toddler, she brought out anadult sized one with no lid. I also could have understood if they did not carry child cups at all, but that was neverexplained. We ordered our pizza, a Queen Margherita, and a Caesar salad to-go (which, I know is annoying, but not that bad of arequest). The pizza was missing anything green that was supposed to be added to give it a brightness, which made it feelunbearably heavy in the stomach. Tomatillo salsa verde? Nope. Fresh basil (a Margherita must have)? Nope. Feta cheese? Nope. Having the extra acidity and vegetal flavors would have done wonders. If I would have ordered a cheese pizza with slicedtomatoes, it would have been a 5/5 star. I also never got asked if I needed a refill, which I was desperate for because of theheavy, greasy pizza. And the Caesar salad to-go, did not come tossed with dressing (there wasn't even dressing on the side), butit did come with 5 packs of crackers! When we opened the box, it looked like a lazy salad that was homemade and not worth $10. The waitress also didn't ask to separate our check to begin with (this was a group of six adults, and only two kids), and seemedfrustrated that we had asked her to do so. I feel the experience would have been heaps and bounds better with a nicer personserving us who could actually smile and accommodate to kids.
