If I could give it zero I would. Walked into the restaurant at 8:30pm on a Sunday. With a sign at the entrance saying wait to be... seated. Sat down and waited while minimum 5-6 workers passed. None of them ever spoke to me. I waited for about 30 minutes.Still no one came to ask if I needed to be seated. Awful help. Read more
One of the worst experience I ever been. Took my brother to dinner and he is literally 32 years old, they asked for ID and my... brother showed his country ID and they wouldn?t accept that (the manager). This is literally like border patrol. We?ve been herelots of times and this has never happened to us. This people trying be racist or something. This is so disappointed andfrustrated! We understand the policy and alcohol state law but, can?t you even take a different country ID ?! I can?t believeit!! Read more
First time visiting a Hooters and it was better than expected. Music was a little too loud for us, but it should be expected... from a sports bar. Food was good. The tenders and traditional wings were on the smaller side but the sauces were good. Ourwaitress was McKena and she was awesome! Friendly and communicated well when an order of steamed shrimp was taking longer thanexpected. She was really busting her butt waiting on a full area. Will probably give my service again to this location, butmaybe only for take-out. Read more
Sat at the Bar . The Manager and bartender talk for awhile they never greated me 5 other customs at the she served still never... ask if I wanted anything. Another Regular custom came and she called him by name.then she finally asked if I wanted anything Irespond yes please a Miller draft . She then gave the regular his draft and took his order. Still nothing. She served anotherthat sat at the bar . This all happened with in 20 minutes I never got service I finally just walked out . The wings were a little dry on the sauce, but other than that, good. But this was how I got my mozzarella sticks. No lid on the... marinara sauce and spilled all in the bag. Read more
Food was actually good this time. Not used to that. Went with some old work friends and service was sub par as always. They were... nice,but slow and inattentive. Can't believe this place is still open. Read more
