Worst location in the area! Unfortunately I've given this location several opportunities to to change my mind but no luck. The... food prep area is filthy, the dining area is filthy, half of which is the two employees home away from home. Several tablesoccupied with the personal belongings of the employees. The employees have a serious problem with making it clear they do notappreciate customers coming in and disturbing them. The ingredients are not fresh or handled properly, the meat is not fresh orstored properly handled. The portions are not to specification in a attempt to make the prepped toppings last until closing timeso the two employees do not have to prepare more and the same with the meat very little meat on the sandwiches. I will not bemaking another stop at this location and feel I spent $30 to be disrespected with horrible service and the possibility of foodpoisoning. Read more
Eboni not only provide unbelievably exceptional customer service , as well as culinary skills.Myself and few other colleagues... decided to have lunch together. Eboni was/is the only employee I seen in the entirety of the restaurant within a time frame ofan hour and a half. She had amazing personality and stewardship. Not to mention catering and walk in orders as well. Theleadership and determination from a single individual and experience not only was 100% satisfying the food was made as if shehad taken time with every sandwich no matter the obstacles faced. The food & service is great at this location! But recently (4/25) I went in and they only had one person working and she was... amazing!!! Although she had a long line, she kept her composure, apologized to all of her customers and still got us our correctorders. Give this woman a raise & a promotion!!!! She is absolutely going above & beyond! But whoever the GM or owner of thisneeds to provide her with some employees?.I know there is a shortage everywhere..but she needs help! I will NOT be going back to this location due to the horrible costumer service. I ordered online and sent my husband inside to... grab our bag when he got to the car I opened the bag and seen I was missing two bags of chips so he ran back in and told thembut a man who wasn?t in uniform told my husband that he stole the chips by leaving them in the car because he knew there werechips in the bag. He didn?t say this once but twice. Plus does that mean a non employee was touching my food since he ?knewthere were chips in my bag? ? If I could give negative stars I would.
