Ate lunch here for first time the weekend of 9/25. It is super cute and very clean inside (thanks to a woman there working... diligently at keeping it that way). Each table has lovely rustic vases w/fall flowers, and the drink station also has flowers &Halloween scarecrows! I got a free bonus sandwich I earned by using their app; it was hot, quick and fresh. The behind thecounter/kitchen staff could have been warmer/friendlier, and acted more maturely; I heard some loud cursing. Sadly this is morethe rule than the exception at most McDonald's these days. The days of McD's being a family friendly fast food restaurant areLONG past. Until these chains pay more, the quality of employees will remain as it is. Read more

I don't know what kind of Management if any there is but I expect 100% the order is going to be wrong that across the board... mcdonalds everywhere. But when you do get it wrong I have never been met with such rudeness for having to come in on a drivethru order to get something. After being helped by a not rude employee trying to keep it moving, to be yelled at and cursed atfor coming in by another employee was beyond out of line. I don't frequent mcdonald's much given I know what to expect withservice but even disrespectful doesn't cover this and I know management had to see and hear it so I can only imagine this is thenorm. Can only take care at the kiosk. Cash only through drive thru. Watched 5 people line up and there wasn't even a sign telling... people to use the kiosk. Every time I go it's always something like this. I feel bad because it doesn't seem like it's anyone'sfault. Customers there are always nasty so I don't blame anyone for not wanting to man the front counter. If you're readingthis please be kinder to the wait staff that did show up. Read more

6 months ago I would have given this place a 5 out of 5. Today was the last straw for my wife and I. We have progressively seen... this place go downhill whether that?s trash in the lobby food in the parking lot, ignorant workers talking to their friendsbefore taking customers order. Today we were told that they were not taking order anymore. 10:50Am. Went thru the drive thru aswell to see if this was truly the case, and we were that the system was down. 10:52Am. In all Reality the workers did not wantany more orders coming through as the menu switch was going on between breakfast and lunch. If I was the franchise owner I wouldbe very upset with the $500 to $600 they lost during that time. Beyond happy I?m finally moving out of this area. Read more

Restaurant Address: 11723 Princeton Pike Restaurant City: Springdale Restaurant State: OH Comment: This was, hands down, the... worst customer service experience I have had in years. Everything about the way the employees dealt with me said that I did notmatter in any way shape or form. I walked up to the restaurant at 7:26 and checked the door, it was locked. The door stated thelobby opened, at 7:00 a.m. There was a young boy sitting in the corner in the dining room playing in his hair. I have pictures.I knocked on the window and asked him how do I get in. He TURNED HIS BACK TO ME and motioned for me to go around. I knockedagain, he said go around through the window. All doors still locked. I then walked to the drive-thru window and knocked to askan open time. A manager ROLLED HER EYES, TURNED AWAY and said something that I could not hear. The employee then relayed themessage that she said 10 minutes. The manager then made some comment and they both laughed, TURNED THEIR BACKS, and walked away.A kind woman came by in her car, took my credit card, and got my food. She said they were rude to her too and recommendedreporting them. The nonchalance towards the customer, the sheer lack of desire to do ANYTHING for me or give me ANY informationwas incredible. I purchased an egg McMuffin meal for my grandson who is autistic along with a medium orange juice and large iced macchiato. I... paid for my food and get to the pickup window. First the lady at the window acted like she didn?t have a clue about her orders. She gave me my food first and said here you go have a nice day where I then reminded her about the drinks. Well then I askedfor one more thing because my grandson likes honey mustard and she pulls out one and states it would be 25 cents. I never heardthis most other McDonald?s just give to you with no problem. I?m confused maybe it was coming out of her check. I pull out mycard to pay it but she says rudely I can?t take it here you would have to go inside. This the dumbest statement of the day sofar. Why would I get out of the drive through line to pay 25 cents for for some honey mustard sauce on a meal I?ve already paidfor. It?s the principle of the mattress I thought the customer was always right and I was nice and not rude. I?m just ventingbecause to me her service was total B.S. if she is this incompetent at the pickup window who knows how many other customerswere treated like this. Customer service in our country is dead. It?s employees like this that have killed it. Unfortunatelybecause no one wants to work companies are settling for what they can get with no pride or standards on customer service. It?sunfortunate but this is the reality we live in. Food was hot and good, but the experience was not enjoyable. The only worker that even looked me in eye was the dining room... hostess. Everyone else was surly and seemed very unhappy. I will usually make an effort to be a light when workers seemstressed, but it was obvious that it would not be well received so I didnt even try. McDonald's needs to pay attention to thesatisfaction, or lack of it, in their employees. Treat your workers better and you will regain many customers. Read more

They don't serve cooked food!! Check your orders, the staff here is very incompetent. My husband visited a total of 3 times to... correct an order just to make him an uncooked burger. Read more
