I have been to this place a few times. Service is ambivalent, food I had was ?ok? but nothing that will get me craving. After... reading the negative reviews here and the robot responses, I think any time I crave Asian noodles I?ll whip up a 50 cent batchof ramen here at home. I don?t know what?s wrong and I don?t care. You have some real competition a quarter mile away atLulu?s. Maybe check it out if you want some clue as to what spicy noodles and good service should be. Surprised Noodles andCompany still in business. If you don?t fix the problems you?ll go the way of Quiznos. And lose the robotic response on here. Silence shows you don?t care. We came mostly for salad even though it's a pasta place. It's ok. The ingredients were good but they were packed together rather... than tossed. The apples in the salad were too much and too big (this shouldn't be a fruit salad). Dressing was good. The Pad Taiwas flavorful with a slight kick. We got take-out - took a bit to make. It's only slightly less expensive than Panera but with alot less care (for salad). Maybe we should stick to pasta here... it does have noodles in the title after all. Read more

We love Noodles and Company. It is a great place for the family. I prefer my Japanese pan noodles with flavor and some heat. My... daughter likes a plain buttered pasta with grilled chicken. They have a lot of pasta options (something for everyone). The kidsmeal included a pasta and two sides. My nephew had macaroni and cheese with two orders of broccoli. My daughter had butterednoodles with chicken. Everyone's food was great, staff was courteous and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I had the Chicken Noodle Soup, and my husband had the Thai Chicken Soup. We ordered the small and it was a nice size serving. ... The soups tasted great and we were very pleased. The lady who brought our food to our table was nice and very energetic. Wewill be back to try something different. Read more
