Maybe we came in at a bad day, but this customer service could have definitely been taken up a notch. We are not and were not... difficult customers. However, our drinks were made wrong and we were treated and talked to as if it were our fault for theirmistake. Unfortunately, we went back the next day. We believe in giving grace to any establishment. However, the service wasstill terrible and the drinks were done wrong again!!! They were on the menu and nothing complicated! Grabbed 2 Frappuccino's through the drive thru, Customer service was wonderful! I'm more a McDonald's Frappe kinda girl, the... prices and points are much more satisfying, I rather enjoyed the visit this time!! The blend was smooth, not over sweetened, orwatery. Read more

Love my white chocolate mocha .but the sandwich that I love so much was awful. Tasted stale. Gouda cheese not melted. Bacon was... bland didn't look fresh nor taste fresh. Sandwich in frozen Kroger are better. I was disappointed because my husband wanted totaste one so I ordered 2. Coffee. And want to pay 3 dollar for pastry do went to McDonald's and got a muffin and fritter. Threwit all in the trash. Hopefully this rating will help to improve the sandwich experience.
