We went to Subway while our son was in activites, we literally was in line for an hour. They was slow and the lady with a split... weave left the line, went to the bathroom, got out and grabbed a drink from the drink station and went behind the line. Theyoung gentleman was slow but nice. The lettuce was old so I got the spinach leaves, a Hispanic family was behind us and thelady stated," they about to order like 20 sandwiches, they only wanted 2. They knew the coupons came out but wasn't prepared. The gentleman had to leave the line to get more mayo. On top of that had a regular from home cup and some chips on the tablewhich means they was chilling prior to getting the rush. Let me tell you how God works, we get to the register and theycouldn't even ring us up because their register was down. Free food because of an hour wait plus picking our son up that hadbeen waiting an additional 20 minutes. I will never go to this location again, I rather wait and go to Finneytown Subway. Read more
Sad to say, but don?t order online. Even though it?s spelled out what you should get on your sandwich this was apparently hard... to accomplish. I called to rectify the situation and got a busy phone up until closing which means I couldn?t express myconcern. If I lived close by I would have return to the sandwich shop.
