We went to Subway while our son was in activites, we literally was in line for an hour. They was slow and the lady with a split... weave left the line, went to the bathroom, got out and grabbed a drink from the drink station and went behind the line. Theyoung gentleman was slow but nice. The lettuce was old so I got the spinach leaves, a Hispanic family was behind us and thelady stated," they about to order like 20 sandwiches, they only wanted 2. They knew the coupons came out but wasn't prepared. The gentleman had to leave the line to get more mayo. On top of that had a regular from home cup and some chips on the tablewhich means they was chilling prior to getting the rush. Let me tell you how God works, we get to the register and theycouldn't even ring us up because their register was down. Free food because of an hour wait plus picking our son up that hadbeen waiting an additional 20 minutes. I will never go to this location again, I rather wait and go to Finneytown Subway. Read more
Sad to say, but don?t order online. Even though it?s spelled out what you should get on your sandwich this was apparently hard... to accomplish. I called to rectify the situation and got a busy phone up until closing which means I couldn?t express myconcern. If I lived close by I would have return to the sandwich shop. Had an issue with our large catering order at work. The first person I spoke with about our 2 missing sandwiches was very... friendly and pleasant to work with. The person who returned my call was Rude and had the worst customer service I've seen inquite some time. It's a shame because we used to order from them a lot. It's sub way. Service was nice but slow. Food is as good as you make it. This location is easy to get to and convenient. Maybe I... would give it 4 stars but they have to be able to go a little faster and teach the kid's how to great people ( a lost art ). Read more
I come here quite a bit. I'll give five stars for the food, as I've been enjoying Subway sandwiches for many years. With regards... to this particular location, they need more energy! The ladies behind the counter, even though they change over time, still seemto have the same depressed attitude. Tameka, who is the manager, has been there for at least a few years. She is efficient, buther team seems slow and disinterested, even as the team changes over time. Even though my original review was posted earlierthis year, I just came back from there today (10/17/17) and wanted to update this review. I could have cut the apathy with aknife. None of the workers seem to want to be there...ever. I realize it is fast food work, and in general people in thatindustry may not be thrilled, but they take it to a new level here. I wish management would read these reviews because therealways seems to be a dark cloud over this location. I hate to single out Donna, but she has been there a long time and kind ofepitomizes the attitudes there. Not terribly friendly, and getting a smile out of her is harder than training a cat to take outthe garbage. Having said all of this, I'll still come here on occasion due to its proximity to our house. If you do visit theplace, make it a challenge to get a smile out of one of the workers. One lady, whose name I don't know, does tend to smileregularly, but her personality is rather quirky and I can't always figure her out, lol. Interesting location indeed! :) Read more
