Have waited almost a month to leave a review for this place. It's not a great one. Matter of fact it was actually bad. I went... to eat here with my family for my mother's birthday (Oct, 2nd) and I have very mixed reviews about the food. Our service wasgood. We were waited on fairly often. Although drinks were not filled more than once. Now the food which is where this reviewleaves a terrible impression. I had their wings with a flavor that I can't remember the name of and that isn't on any of themenu's when searching online. The wings I had were ok. The sauce was nothing exciting at all. And the worst part is the wingswere something like $2 each for boned wings. Extremely high priced for such a generic attempt at making chicken wings. Myfather and brother both had burgers and said they were good so I have nothing to say about that. Now the worst part. My motherdecided to have ribs and they were the worst ribs in the entire world. The ribs were shaped like a perfect square and wereextremely tough. You had to have a steak knife to cut through these ribs. Then to top it off they were COVERED in generic bbqsauce. I had never seen so much bbq sauce. You would think my mother was the one being served for dinner, that's how muchsauce there was. I did not realize until after we had paid $30 for the toughest ribs, that there were so many red flags, mostlywhen the ribs came out. I realized they used the sauce to cover the tough ribs. They certainly didn't come from a pig that wasraised well. I cannot recommend eating here. The food is overpriced and the ribs are as hideous as Sasquatch on day 100without a bath. Read more
Massive attitude from workers when picking up doordash orders. Won't tell you if the order includes drinks, tries to start a... fight with you over it. They are also extremely slow which is somewhat understandable as it's a very busy place but the horribleattitude makes it so much worse. Read more
I came here upon recommendation from my daughter. I ordered the crew pack which is 30 wings, fries, veggies sticks and sauce. I... was charged for only 30 wings and not the crew pack. I get it home and I'm missing everything but the wings. They tape your bagclosed with a sticker so I didn't check the bag until I was home. I called them in attempt for them to right their wrong and I'mbeing told that I will have to pay an additional 10.99 + tax. I explained to the lady that first off there isn't tax on food inthe state of Ohio. Secondly the crew pack is 36.99 and I paid 30.99 why would I be paying 10.99 + tax when there is only a $6difference from what I paid for and what I ordered...... Never the less, I was given the run around. I will not be back towingstop. I will continue to go to their competitor wings and rings because they have never screwed up my order. Or try toconceal that they screwed it up taping my bag closed. I wouldn't waste your time here. Read more
Ordered take-out. The bag had the sticker ripped apart before we got the bag. The food had clearly been picked through.... Everyone's food was mostly missing except one person's. That person didn't feel comfortable eating as they did not know who'shands had been picking through it. Plus the remaining food was dumped out of the container loose straight into the bag. I askedfor a refund. They said they had processed it, but I never got my money back over a week later. I think they lied. I'm not surethat I'm comfortable ordering from there anymore honestly. Smaller portions. The fried corn that came with the six piece boneless was about the size of a half of ear of corn. The corn... was still on the cob and the ten dollars for the six nuggets that came with corn seemed spendy for the portion side. First time eating their food. Wings were good, but very small wings for the price. Not a big fan of the fries, too many fries to... make up for no meat on the wings and too much sugar and seasoning on them. But overall pretty good. Read more
We are so glad to have a location closer to us finally! Every time we have got it so far, it has been nothing less than great.... Even with our mishap tonight of getting less tenders than were ordered, the manager was incredibly polite and made it up to usquickly! No establishment is going to be perfect, but I am relieved that I can count not only on my food being delicious, butmanaged by someone who cares about it being done right. : ) Read more
We stopped ordering from here about 6 months ago because the wings just weren?t good anymore, They were soggy and not fried long... enough even if you asked for ?fried hard? but tonight (11/1) my husband and I ordered again, wings were perfect thank you! Read more
