Great customer service, especially from Brontë! This was our second stop by in Springerville on our way into NM (first time was... 2.5 years ago). We chose to stop here because the last time we received such great customer service. We were happy to get thatsame service again! All the employees were friendly, but Brontë went out of her way to help when we realized one of thesandwiches accidentally ended up being not-vegan friendly. Ordered a full size tuna with double meat, chips and a drink all for $17 and change. CRAZY! Pretty sure I was shorted two... scoops on my double meat upgrade. The help needs help. Read more

Sunday March 4th 7:15pm. We WERE going to eat here but after the sandwich maker made a sandwich, he did the cashiering part... (touching cash with the gloves in) then he didn't change his gloves before making the next customers customers sandwich. On topof that, the guy wiping tables and chairs would wipe chairs first then table then back again and again... That's not ok. It'stables first then chairs or two separate buckets. You don't want where people's butts and dirty diapers have been sharing thesame rag as what touches the table. Changing gloves or washing hands is VERY important between handling checking someone out(riding the register and money) and starting a new sandwich. We left after seeing such neglect and failure to comply with foodhandler card holder 101 PRE COVID. Should be extra careful now ???? Read more

We have eaten here 2 times in the last 6 weeks. First time bread was old and crumbly. We thought we would try it again. Big... mistake. Tomatoes were yellow and green. Bitter tasting. Bread was once again old and crumbly. To the point of falling apartin chunks. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Read more

Being a vegan family, its hard to find a decent meal outside our kitchen. We live in a very small rural town so we're glad... there's one place we can get a quick fast food meal now and then. There are no vegan meat or cheese options so it's veggiedelight or bust and we doubled up on most of what they had with some vinegar to top it off. While they were a bit surprised byan order of 5 foot longs without meat, cheese or sauce except vinegar they didn't make us feel out of place for our choiceswhich was nice. Would be nice if they had the falafel option (the veggie patty isn't vegan, has egg) it won't stop us fromgoing back. Read more
