I eat at Burger King at lest three times a week due to traveling for work, this morning at this restaurant broke me, WORSE... SERVICE EVER!! The so called manager is far from a clean up man much less a manager, absolutely no one in restaurant and onlyone car at drive thru sat in lane to order for at least 10 minute's then for some reason was told to pull up after I paid,, satthere another 10 minutes finally went inside to get my order because they couldn't get two sausage crosandwich meals in the bag,never go back here again, I will drive the 3 extra miles to the other BK Read more
Terrible service at this location. Rude employees who don?t care about their job at all. It?s right around the corner from where... I had a previous bad experience with the drivethru taking too long so I haven't visited in awhile, but today was a different... experience. Christopher Poe was especially kind as he took my order and made the experience quite good eating in at around 12:30pm on a thursday. This is the worst Burger King I have been to. The only reason they even earn a single star is the simple fact the food is good.... Their customer service is actually bad enought to drop off 4 stars, actually if I could I would actually review them as a zerostar. I have tried them multiple times to try and see if they ever improve. Turns out they do not improve only get worse. Theway they handle the drive thru is just down right awful. They will only handle one customer at a time from beginning to end fromthe order to receiving food. And by that I mean, they won't even take your order until the person in front of you has their foodand drove away. And they take their time making the food too I am assuming because they are extremely slow. And I understandfood can take time but sometimes I want my fast food, well fast. Read more
