Terrible service. Waitress was rude. They brought our appetizer with no plates and no silverware! Let me start this review with I do not drink alcohol. Because the quality of the food that I received with this Applebee's I... think almost needs to be eaten with alcohol to be desirable. I ordered the all you can eat unlimited boneless wings feast andfeast it was not. The first plate comes with boneless wings fries and coleslaw. My first problem is that I was served withplastic ware which I was not happy about, then the boneless wings were overcooked the fries were stale and not hot the coleslawwas not coleslaw at all it was shredded lettuce with some kind of dressing and when I mentioned it to the server that coleslawis made with cabbage and not lettuce, her lack of empathy almost made me wonder if she understood that I knew what I was talkingabout. Maybe I would have enjoyed this if I was drunk, but sober absolutely not. Read more
They were severely understaffed and should have said so when we arrived to give us the opportunity to go elsewhere. We waited... over an hour for our food which arrived incorrectly and cold. Only one person in our party was even offered a refill on drinks.We were handed our bill at the exact same time as our food, no explanation, and when ready to leave, had to wait an additional10 min to pay the bill. The parking stalls were really small, and there were a ton of bugs flying around the car. We were doing carside to-go, so I... can't tell you what the inside was like. The food though was great. The person who brought out the food was delightful. Saw herdeliver to a couple other cars and she was great with them too. The estimate we got for when the food would be ready wasaccurate. Very crowded and loud but you were able to hear the people in your booth. The server was very nice and didn?t even have to write... the order down. The food came relatively fast and was good. Horribly dirty, gave us a menu with all you can eat chicken. Then told us they had no chicken. Waitresses slow n unfriendly. ... Ordered a steak n it was cooked wrong. Ordered fries while we waited n they were served cold. Decided to leave without eating.Horrible experience. Will never go there ever again.
