I don't review fast food???????? unless it's noteworthy????. This is only about the ARBY'S Springfield IL Veterans & Wabash... location (SW corner) at 9:58 pm, 7/22/22. They close @10 ????. We're old????????????????????? and went to a movie????? past ourbedtime. Only to say that we honestly didn't know they were closing until the ????went out after we ordered. Really! We're notthose people! If you know when a place closes & roll up 2 min til then you are those people and should be ashamed. If theycared, you'd have never known it. Two different young employees??????????????????? helped us and both were so nice andprofessional that it obviously made an impression????. I'm sorry I didn't see their names. Possibly the rudest counter experience at any Arby's ever. We try to be overly gracious with the hard working people at fast... food restaurants, but this time wow ..heavy set dude at the counter was rude short dismissive and made us feel like second classcitizens for daring to ask for sauce...THEN to get cold bottom of the bin curly fry crumbs and a cold 10 dollar wagyu burger... 45 bucks flushed down the toilet Not going back. My rating has been moved from 3 to 5 stars. Simply put. The quality of the food is great. The service was friendly and always... timely. Being a frequent restaurant eater I have not once had any common issues as with other establishments.
