Look forward to having pumpkin ice cream every year for my birthday which is in October. This year the only choice we had was... the pumpkin cheesecake. We've had it before but there was no pumpkin taste in it this year. It was very disappointing. Read more

Was told at the Chatham Rd Location we can not eat our ice cream inside we have to eat it out side ???? said if we didn't like... it contact corporate ???? Excuse me but isn't our state back open? Went in to get the U.S.S. Butterscotch not too long ago, which is DISPLAYED ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. Staff had no clue what... I was talking about and was very rude about it. They attempted making it by looking at the photo & it tasted alright but itlooked terrible. Why are they advertising a type of sundae that they don't even know how to make? Read more

Good ice cream and sometimes friendly service. (Sometimes the workers act as if you?re an inconvenience when you make you?re... order) The teenage girls working this store seem more interested in their cell phones rather than their work. Management hassigns all over the store that literally say ? No cell phones. Am I clear?? or ? You are not allowed to have your phone while atwork? Meanwhile the teenage workers are sitting on the counters texting or glued to their cellphones. At least be courteousenough to wait until customers leave to be on your phone. It?s unprofessional. 5 minutes to close an employee came rushing out and locked the door. So I decided I would go through the drive-thru. After... waiting there for several minutes they finally decided to take my order, which I was thankful for, unfortunately when I got itit was wrong and they were closed so there was nothing I could do about it.
