Terrible experience. We went on a Saturday around 1 pm and we had the worst experience. The waitresses were negligent and didn?t... give us our sides with our food. I ordered The avocado bowl and they put hollandaise sauce on it instead of the cilantro limesauce it was supposed to have and it made me sick. No one greeted us when we came in in fact we were ignored until one of thewaitresses noticed we?d been standing awhile. I will Not be coming back to this unfriendly and lazy staffed bob evans everagain. Read more
Excellent service! Sausage was delicious.
It took an hour and a half before we were finally served our dinner. We arrived approximately 615, ordered, and finally after... being told they were out of dinner rolls we were served a plate of biscuits and jelly. I seriously was beginning to believe weforgot to order. But low and behold approximately 745 we were served our 3 simple, yes I said simple meals, 2 plates of chickenstrips and fries and a strawberry salad with potato soup! I am not the best cook but I am pretty sure I could swing that in lessthan 30 min especially if I was working in a restaurant that did not appear to be short staffed and was having a steady flow ofcustomers. Ordered meals for pick up to be at 4:45. Arrived at 4:55. Had to wait 25 min. To finally receive the order. No apology. Was... late delivering the meal. Will try one more time, but if I have to wait again, it will be my last. Read more
Took 15 minutes for someone to take our order as a guy with a manager?s badge and wait staff stood behind a stand that said,?... Gifts from the farm?. One waitress simply stood in front of the food window not waiting on guests. PFinally the oldest there, agentleman spotted both us and another table being ignored. Soon we heard raised voices in the kitchen arguing. Now have beenhere 35 minutes and just getting our complex soup and salad, but no bread. Really! Read more
We love this place. But, today we came and discovered they took their cinnamon Supreme hot cakes off the menu! So very... disappointed...that is a reg order for us every time we come. Please bring them back! Read more
Awful just awful. Sat down and waited a good 25 mins just for someone to get our drinks. Then we ordered and food did not... arrive quickly. When it did mostly cold and over done. Took a while to get the desert. The fact that we had to get up and findour desert just sitting on the counter unattended. Like why. We had to ask a lady for napkins 3 times and she still forgot. It's been a while since we ate at a Bob Evans and we stopped here while travleling, to our delight. They have a new, improved... menu and it provides many opportunities to satisfy the pallet. Our server, Devonte, was attentive and did a great job, the foodwas served fast, was hot and fresh and delicious. I had a "build your own" omelette, and my wife had soup & salad - both wellprepared and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and made sure we were totally satisfied with the meal and Mary, the manager wason the job, ensuring all went well. We were also offered a military discount, which was appreciated. I give them an A rating andmy recommendation. Read more
