It has been years since we attempted a meal at Bob Evans. Now we remember why. We were shown to our seats and drink order taken.... No issues there at all. Then it takes a while for our server to take our order. (She was busy standing behind the counterdaydreaming, or checking her nails or something.) Then our food....well, we ended up leaving before we got any. 40 minutessitting and waiting for food at a Bob Evans is a little ridiculous. We could literally see our order sitting on the expeditingtable under the heat lamp for 15 minutes, including the fresh fruit that was part of our meal. 2 other tables that arrivedafter us were eating when we finally gave up and left. I mean, the thought of partially cooked grapes (from the heat lamps) doesnot seem appetizing. We will not be visiting this location again. Read more
Visited restaurant today, waited about 10 mins to be seated then another 15 mins to get drinks after making order and more than... 1.30 mins to get my breakfast order. Wifi not working and noticed other customers reminding waiters of missing items, likefruit plate, ice cream, etc.... Waitress, Sam, is nice but overworked. Please hire more people in your kitchen. You are notkeeping anyone happy by being short staffed. I would not visit again because of the excessive wait time. Read more
Had a wonderful breakfast here on Sunday morning early 9/4/22, Samantha was my waitress, and the food was fabulous, great... portions, reasonable $$ and super quick service. Highly recommended all around! Read more
Went to the store on a friday 10:50 am took 25+(5 mins) waiting to be seated. Order a chocolate milk and biscuts and gravy. The... waiter stoped by one time and had to wait 10 mins as they continued taking more orders to request a check. I finally was able toget a requested refill to go anda to go container which another server cheerfully gave; me including the receipt waited another10 to 15 mins to pay as my server took new orders. I and ended up walking up to the casheir to pay. Total time excluding eatingwas at least 1.5 hours with three waitresses there. I would have prefered to give a tip to the friendly waitress that actuallywent out of her wayy to be helpful but couldn't as I used a credit card... Not a thanks after leaving from anyone other then thecashier as mentioned above and the waitress. Value for the money food was good rather expensive all things consiered it wouldhave been nice to felt a little more welcome even on a smaller order from the waitress that intially served us. We decided to have breakfast here this morning. Party of 4. Restaurant was kind of busy they took a while to sit us down, no big... deal but waitress was not very nice. After 10 minutes she ask what we want to drink and we go ahead and order too. My brotherasked for coffee and creamer and she never brought the creamer. By then there was only 4 tables(3 and us) in the wholerestaurant. She is talking to the other waitress while we are trying to get her attention. Creamer never arrived! Food getshere! It was ok. We had to ask for silverware and she gave us the plastic ones. After food gets to our table she never came tocheck on us. We finished eating and needed to go boxes. Went for breakfast with a party of 6. You could tell they were short staffed or shorted the evening before. Despite that, the... dining room was 80% full and the staff did their best to get everyone taken care of. It did take a long time to get served, butagain there was only 3 people there to serve, cook, clean, and check out. The food itself was okay, we could tell it was rushed,and there was a mix up. The bathrooms needed a cleaning but not horrible. Overall it was okay, staff was very friendly, food wasokay, the main dining was put together. Read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! My friend had a Thanksgiving meal delivered to me. The ENTIRE MEAL WAS SUPER SALTY. It was like EATING... A SALT LICK.
