HORRIBLE. READ BEFORE GOING.. my wife, 3 kids and I didn't get waited on for 20minutes after being seated. Asked 1 waitress for... help and she asked who is your waitress, I mentioned we didn't have one and where we were seated, still no help.. Service wasterrible.. took over 1hr to get our food.. My wife is lactose, we ask for no cheese or anything.. came caked in cheese and alldairy products.. Had to track down the waitress to tell her.. she said she put in a replacement order.. 25min later NOTHING..didn't have the food still.. spoke with a manager and all he said was.. I was hired a week ago so what can I do about it.. Imentioned a few reasonable options for docount or something since it was terrible service, and my wife got nothing to eat after1hr 45min of being there.. Nope.. HORRIBLE LOCATION. Read more

Our waitress was busy doing other stuff, so the food sat and got cold when she finally brought it out. Spoke to Mgr but he never... did anything about it after coming to ask us how our food was. We've always had a great experience prior before that. Sadly wewon't be going back anytime soon. Read more

The BWW menu has been severely reduced and is now incredibly limited. I waited over an hour for macaroni and cheese, queso dip,... and 16 wings. This is the second time that a situation like this has occurred with this location. This is definitely arestaurant that I will be sure to tell people to avoid when they want to watch a game or get wings. Read more

The last two times I have tried to order from this location I was not able to get through on the phone and they were not taking... orders online. This place used to be a regular go-to for us, the food and service was good, but it's become so frustrating thatwe just don't bother anymore. Read more

Absolutely terrible service. Got there last night around 6:45 with my boyfriend to join my family who was seated probably ten... minutes before us. We waited around thirty minutes for a waiter to take our orders, then waited at least an hour for our food.Some of my chicken was room temperature when I got it. Honestly, I don't know why I bother with this place. Both Springfieldlocations are terrible, but this one has always had especially bad service. If the waiters/waitresses can't handle their tables,PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE and hire more workers. Same goes for the people in the kitchen. It's like a circus. Read more

The building and seating was fine. However, there was almost no one in the place and when the wings came out one set was... slathered in sauce and the other set of wings was like someone took a bottle and drizzled it on you could see the dry breading.This is why I am giving 3 stars. It was inconsistent quality. Read more

I hate posting negative reviews, but my wings came out cold and tougher than jerky. All of the other food came out cold and low... quality like it had been sitting for a while. We did not get checked on until we were ready to leave, and didn't get any refillsthrough the course of our meal. Food took quite a while to get out to us also. The one positive was the beer was in factcold. I'm normally pretty gracious when it comes to dining out, but this location could really use some love and care. Read more

Haven't been here in a while. But always liked their wings. They now have happy hour specials a new menu and service was... outstanding from the hostess to the waitress we will definitely be back. Covid update: like every other restaurant they've hadto adapt they did this by having paper menus spacing out all the tables. Still have good wing and drink specials. Enjoy tryingthe new flavors especially the lemon pepper sauce. Read more
