Definitely will check every bit of my order before leaving. First, NO RANCH & NO CELERY/CARROTS with our boneless wings! Second,... no chocolate or caramel syrup on the “loaded” ice cream ! Third I unfortunately forgot to add the appetizer I wanted so Imade a second order it was cold and sitting on the back I had to return inside to retrieve it . Fourth the entire meal (2-10piece wing meals with fries all cold ) didn’t have any heat to it (warmth) it’s sat on a shelf with no warmer - even my icecream desert was left on the shelf in a bag to melt. Very disappointed as I could of spent half the cost ordering from a pizzajoint for what I paid for to take home tonight . I feel I just wasted $40 Read more
This particular Buffalo Wild Wings was really great. We had to wait a little longer than expected for the food, but it was worth... it. The quality was fantastic fantastic and they gave us a few free things as well. The atmosphere was a little bit loud andfocused on sports which is to be expected. First, we walked and the hostess asked if there were only three but there were clearly four of us standing there. She asked if... we wanted a booth or table, and we said a table was fine. The hostess says, "I'll clear out a booth for you. " Then, when wewere seated, they got 2/4 drinks incorrect and did even check to ask if everything was okay. The waitress walked by 4 times, butshe avoided our gaze and went to check her phone. It took forever to order, and then we finally ordered, and it took forever toget the food to us. The waitress never came by to see if we needed refills or another drink. The waitress never said thank you,sorry about the wait, or even have a good night. We haven't ever been before and my fiance got 10 traditional wings and they were bloody. The waitress told us that this is the... 4th time this evening that it happened. The gentleman behind us had to have his food remade and they said his meal was free. Wespoke to a manager and we were given 8 dollars off and told that they were suppose to be pink. It was 930 pm when my 3 guests and I arrived after a long day of setting up at the fair. We were tired hungry and ready to eat.... After a 5 minute ordeal of who was going to seat us, a manager sat us. It took about 6 minutes to get a beverage and about 30-35minutes to get our orders of wings and 1 burger. That's not a long time, but there were no other tables in the restaurant. Thefood was sub par and service wasn't even that. Read more
It was so cold in the building, a few of us had to sit outside and warm up. The waitress forgot multiple parts of our order and... took twice the time expected to take our order in the first place. We had to ask for silverware. Overall, this was the worstBdubs experience I’ve had. Read more
Would give 0 stars if could. Take out order, waited for 12 mins with no one checking in. Manager(I’m assuming), finally checks... in, sends someone out to check in about my order. Now it is past the pick up time for my order, and the waitress lets me knowthat they’re out of cauliflower wings, what do I want instead. After I’ve been waiting for 12+ mins already. An additional15 mins before I get my order and can leave. No silverware, no napkins, sauces spilled all over the to go boxes in the bag. Mywings were cold, the salad in the order was warm from sitting so long waiting for the rest of the order. Can’t even imaginewhat the dine in service is like after watching multiple waitresses sit at the bar on their phones and get up to check in withtheir tables only once, maybe twice, the entire 30+ minutes I waited for my take out order. So many workers and the manager walking around and there is a line out the door and nobody is helping them as we’re sitting... here for our to-go order for 10 mins on a large fry. They weren’t understaffed tonight. Just nobody wanted to help. Read more
