Ordered a pizza got it like this. Called talked to the manager on duty and she said she would remake it and bring it herself... which she did. Second picture is the second pizza could only eat two piece one for each of my kids. Called the manager back SHEWAS RUDE. Said I was wrong. Called corporate they were very kind kind got my money back and that manager will probably begetting in trouble. She was rude very rude. Will not be using this Casey?s anymore. I would have offered something in return forBOTH messed up nasty looking pizza?s. I do NOT recommend Casey?s on Jefferson worst service ever. Read more
Went there to get gas and though the lines were long, and some customers were paying inside, it went quickly. Someone with... wheelchair license plates even had an employee come out to pump their gas, and she seemed nice even though they were swamped. Ipaid at the pump, so don't know what it was like inside. Ordered a large pizza to be delivered. Never got the pizza. Called the store, advised. Manager told me delivery driver delivered... pizza to wrong address. Told me she would refund my money. Never received a refund. 3 days later while walking, saw the pizzastill in the box on a step at a vacant condo. Still, no refund. Read more
Casey's is always predictable and dependable. The restrooms and store in general seem to be clean all of the time. The cashiers... tend to be pleasant and friendly or at the very least not offensive or stupid. They're are many places I won't go just becauseof the poor service. The best thing is that we love their pizza! I don't know how it is so consistently great but it is. Read more
The last 2 times ive ordered from this location. I NEVER received my order. I ended up getting my money back! Your crew members... are clueless. Maybe Casey's should up their pay. Better yet STOP SELLING PIZZA IF YOU HAVE NO PLANS ON DELIVERING IT TOCUSTOMERS WHO PAY FOR IT! Read more

The food took a while, but it was definitely worth the wait! We asked them to draw a dinosaur on the box and they did. 12/10... made our whole night. They also gave us gummies!! Read more
