My food was cold. Chicken was cold,fries were cold and tasted old. Only thing hot was my street corn but it was burnt on one end... and wayborver seasoned. I've had it before and it was great. Tonight...not so much. My husband's Chicken for his fajitas wasn'teven cooked all the way. And I don't know what was going on with the bathrooms but both the ladies and men's room smelled likesewer terribly. I hope we just had bad luck tonight. Our waitress was full of dry humor that was entertaining as hell. My wife's order was wrong, so we asked for a few bucks off of... the meal. They comped her entire meal instead. Great customer service! Read more

While I signed up for chili?s rewards, they said free chips on each order. Didn?t get that with my previous orders and recent... order as well. They have reduced the quantity of food. Compared to the previous experiences at Chili?s this time was notsatisfactory. Hope they improve both quality and quantity of food. Read more
Ordered food via Doordash while I'm at work. Chicken bacon ranch quesadillas had huge chunks of unseasoned chicken, hardly any... cheese or bacon! Super disappointed! I'll give them another try but this isn't a good first experience with them. :( Read more
It was a great experience! We sat in the bar area and even though the bartender had all the tables, he was very attentive and... friendly. The food was good and their featured Pomegranate Margarita was surprisingly light and refreshing. Recommend the CajunShrimp Pasta. It is shrimp tossed with an Alfredo pasta, tossed with spices, tomatoes, and scallions. It is served with garlicbread. Read more
Service, Atmosphere, and food all great except cost. Grilled salad was overpriced for 3pz of chicken especially with removing... the tomato and the other items still only had 3pz of cooked grilled chicken.
