Very disappointed! For my rice bowl, brown rice was the only choice. Which was fine. No veggies available and no fresh tomato... salsa available. Should have just left without ordering. Read more

Despite the fact their seems to be a decent number of staff working today, this location is a complete mess. The floors are a... mess. They are working on it so that's something I guess. Our food was supposed to be ready over 15 minutes ago. They seemedpretty surprised that people were doing mobile orders and their manager got on them about paying attention to those so that'sawesome. Floor is sticky where I'm waiting. I really hope the food is alright, because that will be the only redeeming factor inthis nightmare. Update: We eventually got so fed up we asked for a refund. They then got the manager and some employee handedus a bag. It seemed we had managed to finally get our food around the 30 minute mark. Mind you we ordered two things... Aquesadilla and a burrito bowl. Out of all of the customizations we both did, she got lettuce and steak inside inside of a bowl.I, on the other hand, ended up with steak and melted cheese in a tortilla. We never did get that refund, but we couldn't wasteanother minute inside that godawful store. $30 dollars down the drain. This is why I never eat at Chipotle. So much for mywife's first time having it. She'll never want to eat it again. Read more

This Chipotle is not very well run anymore. The change happened before COVID so that?s not an excuse. They can?t seem to keep... the pickup orders straight. Almost half of my pickup orders are messed up, and they have never once compensated me or evenapologized. I think they mess up so many pickup orders that they can?t afford to compensate people. They run out of ingredientsoften and just shrug when asked about it. But I will keep going here, because it?s one of the few cheap, quick places in townthat people with numerous food restrictions or preferences can handle. Update: 9-8-22 Had such a bad experience yesterday thatI am going to see if I can avoid Chipotle for a year. They ?don?t give refunds in store?, even managers. If you manage to findthe customer service number, they do everything possible to not give you a refund too. Issues like this are top-down. Beforeyesterday I didn?t know if the Chipotle being so pathetic in the past few years was the store owner?s fault or corporate?sfault, but now it?s beginning to look a lot like corporate is responsible for most things. I love chipotle and most locations are really clean and nice but this location is always so gross. The workers are slow as can... be, there's always food all over the work stations, flies everywhere. The rice is always an overcooked mush. Not a goodexperience. Read more

Food was good but couldn't take cash on the reasoning of, didn't want to hire someone to count down the drawers at night. For... whatever reason my card didn't go through and I was given my meal for free is really only reason I'm giving it 5 stars lol. Doubt corporate is real thrilled about that though. But hey. We have been a faithful Chipotle fan for decades! From California to Texas to Illinois but this location is the word below... miserable. Several times over we've given it another chance but today is our last! Horrendous service & all our burritos had atiny ladle grab of meat. When we asked her if that was right? She replied it will cost you extra? Normally for $10 you canbarely wrap it up but today mine spun around 2x. But the kicker was the rudeness from both of the girls. Waving hands rollingeyes while the manager was training or hiring in the lobby. I hope you replace them both & train the new ones correctly. Noexaggeration. Very disappointed!!!!!????????????
