Worst experience I've ever had at a Culver's. Ordered Dlx DBL with no onions and gluten free bun and a concrete. Received opened... gluten free bun, no meat and all the toppings. Had to stand around to front for the replacement. Had to ask several times for myconcrete. Avoid this Culver's! Read more
Culver's was a wonderful surprise. We were visiting family in Illinois and happened to stop there. The butter burgers are... delicious, as was the fried chicken sandwich, the fried shrimp and the fries. The cheese curds were the best I have had yet. Would have given a 5 but had 1 bad experience out of dozens of trips. Sat night 7 p.m. 30 min to get 2 gill chix fries and... pretzel bites. Got home 15 min drive our sandwiches were wrong asked to remake my fries to because they will be cold cold bythe time I get back with the sandwich. He did not want to return the fries for fresh ones since there was nothing wrong withthem initially. After raising my voice he said he would remake entire order. My mistake for not checking the bags the 2nd time,got home NO FRIES AT ALL not even our cold ones. Ugh!!! Read more
