Worst experience I've ever had at a Culver's. Ordered Dlx DBL with no onions and gluten free bun and a concrete. Received opened... gluten free bun, no meat and all the toppings. Had to stand around to front for the replacement. Had to ask several times for myconcrete. Avoid this Culver's! Read more
Culver's was a wonderful surprise. We were visiting family in Illinois and happened to stop there. The butter burgers are... delicious, as was the fried chicken sandwich, the fried shrimp and the fries. The cheese curds were the best I have had yet. Theice cream, the sundaes, and the concrete mixers were great. Read more
Had a pork loin sandwich. Asked for lettuce and tomato on the side. Arrived on the sandwich but not a big deal. Meat was crunchy... as it should've been. Unsweetened ice tea refreshing. Read more
Would have given a 5 but had 1 bad experience out of dozens of trips. Sat night 7 p.m. 30 min to get 2 gill chix fries and... pretzel bites. Got home 15 min drive our sandwiches were wrong asked to remake my fries to because they will be cold cold bythe time I get back with the sandwich. He did not want to return the fries for fresh ones since there was nothing wrong withthem initially. After raising my voice he said he would remake entire order. My mistake for not checking the bags the 2nd time,got home NO FRIES AT ALL not even our cold ones. Ugh!!! Read more
Insanely slow. Not very busy, took forever for an order of fries and a shake. At least 15 minutes. Audio volume at the drive... thru was low, tough to hear over the road noise. Sorry folks you have a lot of work to do. Read more
We went for dinner on an early Saturday evening. The dining room was very clean. Toma, working the register, was so friendly and... helpful to us first timers! The food was great. I particularly liked how golden and salty the fries were! Yummm. Everything wasaccurate and delicious. My whole party was very happy with their food, ranging from kid, teen and adult. As we left, we werethanked for coming. We live out of state and Culver's was recommended to us. So glad we went! Read more
Come there with ~thirty people, managed to handle the sudden bombardment with efficiency and dealt with a mixup in the system... pretty well. They all stayed in a good attitude the entire time. Read more
Good food, but why are the chicken tenders half the size they're supposed to be? 3 out of 4 tenders were half size. The normal... sized one would probably be the second smallest tender in a normal sized basket lol Read more
