My friend and I celebrated his birthday last night at Curate and this morning I woke up to text from him saying how wonderful... the food, service, and atmosphere was. I couldn't agree more! We took our time ordering one small plate at a time (total of 7)and each and every one was a completely different flavor explosion! Our server Cheryl was top notch. Her understanding of themenu helped us navigate our evening and our glasses were always full. We sat outside on the patio for over three hours where wealso enjoyed live music, twinkle lights, and the outdoor lounge with coffee after dessert. I would also like to add that I hadgastric bypass surgery earlier this year and have struggled with finding restaurants that I can visit with friends that havequality ingredients and solid options that allow me to enjoy food. Curate's menu is FULL of items that are not only healthy forme to eat, but portioned perfectly! I cannot wait to share this with Memorial Wellness. Overall, this is by far, my newfavorite restaurant in Springfield! I will be back and putting effort into sharing my thoughts and experience with as manypeople as possible. Thank you Curate!!! Had an exemplary time. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and gave appropriate... recommendations. My water was never empty. She did a great job at being prompt, yet not clingy. The atmosphere was very nice.Food came out fresh and we never had to wait too long. Drinks were delicious and there many options. I wore a dress, but I sawothers in jeans an nice shirts. I liked that different levels/styles could come and eat here. Get the Scallop risotto and aRiesling, they're incredible. Had an AMAZING experience here with everything. Jessica, the bartender, did an incredible job balancing a fully packed bar. The... food was also incredible. This place would be perfect for a date night or a “treat yourself” kind of night. I love smallplates and the way they went about all the dishes was excellent. Highly recommend. We loved everything. We liked every meal. We started off with the Roasted Brie and that was followed by the Filet, Short Rib,... and the Scallops. EVERY plate was good. We had 2 cocktails a piece. I would recommend paper plane and what in a pear tree? Bothwere excellent cocktails. The bad apples was not my favorite. I really delayed coming to this restaurant and I shouldn’t have.The vibe was chill yet romantic. The waitresses were really accommodating. (I spilled my drink). We were pushing for a greatnight so cost wise $150+ which is a high end night for Springfield. Read more

What a fabulous meal and experience! From our server Meredith to the many dishes we tried, it was a perfect night. So glad we... decided to try Curate on our trip to visit family that recently moved to Springfield. Highly recommend this spot for a greatvibe, top notch service and outstanding food.
