I don't know what's going on at this place anymore, but I've been out there probably 5 to 6 times this summer and every single... time I've been there my order has been messed up. Whether it's my cheeseburger being burnt beyond being edible or the Blizzard'snever being mixed more than a couple inches in the cup and the rest of being plain ice cream. Last week was the last time I willvisit at dairy Queen because of your consistent failure to provide menu items as described. Obviously your training programthere needs a complete makeover. I imagine you will continue to lose customers like myself otherwise. Read more

my son & friend & I went here for lunch, some random lady was drunk in the middle of the day & driving everybody crazy but took... a particular interest in me and my son and just would not leave us alone! instead of looking the other way the workers made surewe were okay & that everything was alright. you guys are the best, thx for watching out. The customer service girl was so rude, when she was asked by a coworker to take our order she rolled her eyes, and said I guess.... So we left the building. No stars for this Dairy Queen!!! Read more

Went through the drive up this evening, ordered 3 blizzards. The lady taking money at the first window was very pleasant. Line... moved along quickly....and then. Pulled up to the second window, waited a couple minutes, was able to notice 3 female employeeschit chatting. Then all the sudden, one of the girls, who had been talking, flung the window open stuck a drink carrier,containing my 3 blizzards, out the window and said "here". I grabbed the carrier. Before I even got them in my car window thedrive up window had been closed. One of the common complaints with this location is customer service. The common reply from thebusiness is usually how they listen to their customers and try to make things better. Obviously, this is not happening. You needto take steps to correct this recurring issue. They closed 35 minutes early. We just wanted some dairy-free Dilly Bars. ??????? The workers turned off the drive-thru menu. I... guess they were just sitting around inside waiting until 9:30 pm. There were four other cars that they missed business from inthe five minutes we were there. Read more

Ordered our food. $5 lunches. The French fries were cold and squishy so I complained about them. I was told that I was wrong and... they were only 10 minutes old. She had absolutely no clue on the relationship between customer and fast food employee. On theway out I took a picture which seemed ironic. I did not complain further because I didn't need the aggravation. Read more
