The girl who took my money was so nice, and quick at her job, she was friendly and personable. However the drinks I ordered... were not good at all. I'm fairly certain the oatmilk i was upcharged an extra dollar for was either bad, or didn't actually getswitched from a dairy product, as the person it was purchased for was sick all day after drinking it. This visit is what madeus swear not to come back. Paying $15 for two drinks we didn't enjoy at all, and that actually caused so much discomfort, isridiculous. Read more
Believe it or not this is my first time going to Dunkin. We did drive through. We needed some caffeine and a bite to eat before... shopping. I got a nitro cold brew with cold foam. The cold foam is just slightly sweet and is perfect with the cold brew. I alsogot a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich that was equally yummy. Read more
Basically all Dunkin? Donuts still the same thing, what does this location of part is the people that work there. There was... plenty of staff to help including one or two trainees. The selection of donuts was very good, the restaurant was clean and themanager had a great attitude. A good place to stop for a Coffee and a donut or muffin treat! Read more
There was a picture of a mouse climbing on the doughnuts clearly at this location which has steered us clear of this... location. This location was right in between mine and my parents house, so we would frequent it when we would visit myparents. The staff is normally friendly but we've had weird encounters with a particular staff member there with dreads. He wasrude on the speaker and then rude at the window. We didn't say anything or be anything other than friendly despite this. Whenwe kindly asked for the straws he forgot, he literally threw them out the window at us and then shut the window and stormedoff. Outside of that employee, our orders are regularly messed up. Like straight menu items with no adjustments. Very oftenemployees have no idea what the item you ordered off their menu is and then what you get is their best guess. It's veryfrustrating. Read more
Slowest DD I have ever been to, unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. Even when fully staffed no one knows what... anyone else is doing and it takes 10min or longer to make an iced coffee. Update; now you walk inside and staff doesn't evenacknowledge your presence. Only take drive through orders and mobile. Watched the clock this time just to see, literally 10minutes in line. While drink after drink after drink were made for orders not even there. Read more
They are always super nice at that location. I'm door dash and when I come pick up orders there they are always quick and super... helpful. The order are almost always correct. I would highly recommend there food and coffee is always good there too. Read more
This place is brand spanking new! The inside looks very modern, clean, and functional. They have a much bigger variety of... coffees, teas as well as donuts, of course. Check it out if you haven't already and leave them a solid review, next time youneed a quick pick you up boost of caffeine :) Read more
My friend and I stopped at Dunkin to get coffee on our way out of Springfield. We didn?t get a chance to drink any of it till we... got on 72. At that time we found out that the Cubs would not seal correctly because they were dented. Therefore we ended up withcoffee all over the front of our shirts.
