Love the food. Our last visit as a party of 8 we were seated by the host then lost in the shuffle. Once we got a server the... evening went well and we enjoyed ourselves. The extra time waiting wasn't an issue this trip as we were there for a going awayparty. If I could give the dining experience I just had this past weekend zero stars I would. I am very disappointed, because this has... become one of my favorite restaurants. I don?t know what was happening this weekend though, after me and my guest were seated,we had to wait almost 20 minutes for anyone to come over to us and take our order. Yes, I admit it was a bit crowded but therewere a lot of people leaving out after they finished eating. So there is no excuse for treating people in such a way. All I haveto say is that when we finally received our bread it was fresh and delicious. And then, I ended up ordering a ceasar salad, whenI finally got it, it was pretty decent. We waited almost about an hour for our main courses to come, and when they did, my guestchicken wings came out burnt along with some dry fries. And my spicy chicken bites also came out burnt and wasn?t that good. Wetried to get someone?s attention to tell them to take it back and remake it, but our waiter was no where to be found. We love LongHorn steakhouse. We always get steak, we've had the ribeye, the porterhouse and the new York strip and they have all... been delicious. They also have my favorite side salad and bread in town by far. The service is also always very good. When thepandemic shut down eat-in dining, we ordered curb side quite often and the food and service was still very good. I've seen somepeople on their reviews say they had issues with the curb side but personally we never did. I actually commented to my fiance acouple times how impressed I was with everything that came with our to-go orders. Especially considering how busy thisrestaurant gets. I feel like some people tend to take it personally when things get busy and they are made to wait. Wepersonally have never felt like we waited too long or that the staff wasn't working as fast as they could to get us seated andserved as soon as possible and we have been going here at least a couple times a month for years. 30 minute wait which I wouldn't have minded if when we were finally seated I saw numerous tables available. After being seated... we ordered drinks that didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. Ordered an appetizer that never came. We were given bread butserver didn't return to take our order for another 20-30 minutes. Our salads arrived a few minutes prior to our meals. My mealwas good but my wife and mother in law's chicken strip meals were puny (slightly bigger than popcorn chicken). Fortunately theyboth ordered 9 pieces so there were still plenty to be shared amongst the 4 of us. The server seemed to want to rush us out aswe were given our check just a few minutes after our meals arrived at which point we told her we may be ordering desserts. Shereturned again a few minutes after to ask about our dessert order (again not even halfway through our meal). We were there 2hours total due to waiting for a table and slow service. I got sweet raspberry ice tea and the mac n' cheese. The tea was amazing. The mac n' cheese was really good too but the tea was... by far my favorite part. The people were really nice too. I definitely recommend checking this place out. Read more
Ordered a To Go Order?- Had to walk in because there were no more to go parking spots. Walked in, 1st waitress at to go area was... snippy and rude when I asked about my order. Sat at the bar to wait on my order and the bartender did not even acknowledge mypresence. I then asked another waitress about my order and she went straight to the back and gave it to me. Got home only for mymedium rare steak to be well done. Ive given this place 1 too many chances and I am done after tonight. Read more
The server was very fast. She kept my drink full!! She was quick with the condiments. The steak was a little tuff for med/rare.... It still was good. The bathrooms were not clean. Yuck. Read more
I've been eating at this place for over 20 years and this time was as good as ever. The service was phenomenal and the food was... excellent. It's your classic steak house done really well. In all my years of eating here I've never had a bad meal orexperience. Read more
