Absolutely incredible! This establishment has left me speechless. As seen in the photos, the food was immaculate. The taste,... even better! Our server, Ben, was among the greatest we’ve ever had! He met our every request, made us feel welcome, andsuggested some of the best dishes and drinks! Every employee that walked by checked on us, as well as included our 5 year oldson in every conversation! The owner came by at the end, what an amazing man! The owner personally walked around with our son(who was getting grumpy) and boosted his mood instantly! Both Ben and the owner did an amazing job in making us feel like partof the family. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. It was our first time dining here. We had a party of 8 last night, for Father's Day... (6/19/22). Mitch was our waiter and he was the absolute best waiter I've had. ANY Michelin starred restaurant would be thrilledto have him. He was very attentive and on top of everything, at all times. I ordered my fillet mid rare and although I washappy with it, the owner came out and said he thought it was a little overdone and already had another on the grill for me. Ourreservation was at 7pm, even though they closed at 8pm. I apologized to the owner and he was amazingly dismissive and said theyprepare for parties to run late and for us to stay as long as we wanted. This place isn't some cheap, chain restaurant. You'reordering special cut steaks and very fine dining. If you get upset that you're special order food isn't out in 20 minutes, thisisn't the place for you. Read more
Me and my wife were looking for a place to take our three children out for dinner so we decided to try Mariah’s. At first, we... felt a bit out of our element because Mariah’s clientele is so nice and the restaurant is very classy. We were worried thekids would be too much. However, from start to finish our server Ben (I believe this is his name!) was very accommodating of ourfamily and made us feel very welcome. The service was excellent and the food was some of the best I have ever eaten. After wefinished our meal we were ready to pay when Ben told us we had no bill. Apparently a couple that was sitting across from usdecided to pick up our check! My wife was on the verge of tears. I wanted to post this and say thank you Mariah’s for one ofthe best meal experiences we ever had. Phenomenal across the board. Excellent meal! Outstanding service and lovely atmosphere. Mitch, our waiter, was great! I had a strip steak and lobster... ravioli. The hubs had a rib eye and lobster tail. All were perfectly cooked just the way we ordered them. We spent close to$100 but it was our anniversary so we splurged a little. No alcohol and we were too full for dessert. Liked this place so much came back a second time. Having the opportunity to eat all over the world can honestly say this place... can easily compete. A great menu and daily specials. Outstanding bar and one of the best bourbon lists ever. That is becauseMitch Luster makes it happen. Try to get him as your server and ask if he will offer any of his personally made Burbon. As abourbon lover I assure you you will not regret it. This is one of those places worthy of more that one visit and Mitch is worthwaiting for...........this is the jewel of Springfield Read more
