Was very appreciative the young black women up front made sure I got my... extra dressing and that the coworker i was picking up for had their extra chicken. The manager Lori totally went out of her way to deliver sandwich for my dog when delivery had got wrong sandwich. I had told... Lori the second sandwich was for my dog because I couldn't get out and go to the store 2 get wet dog food because I was sick wcovid not only did Lori get rhe sandwich to my doggie she went out and bought tea for me ,wet dog food for my Mia dog ,and a getwell card the next morning. I work in customer service and in a restaurant. So no one has to tell me how short staffed it is. But good communication and... good customer service goes beyond understaffed. Waited 30 minutes before I received my food. I had the 1/2 sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Soup was brown and didn't taste... good. Definitely not made today!! Sandwich was skimpy on a croisant. Was busy and was told by food delivery person they wereshort staffed. Won't go back!! Read more
the prices are always really high. my salad was good and I had a sandwich it was good. and the staff members were very... respectable that always makes up for the price. I used to work there right around pandemic hit and they had terrible staffing sothat seems to have improved and the food is always better when you can make it yourself. Read more
First time at this Deli and was impressed with the service and food. Food was fresh and delicious! Prices are are a little high... for portion size but on par with most places of this variety. Nice atmosphere with tables and roomy booths. We will likelyreturn in the future. Read more
Service was terrible. It took 35 minutes from the time that they ran my credit card until they brought the food to our table.
