Why do they even open this place some days. Apparently they don?t have any help and I?ve never seen an owner or franchisee here... trying to make things better. 30 mins to get one breakfast sandwich. 50 people have driven off. I ordered a iced coffee, latte and french fries. I initially ordered at the driveup, had to reorder at the 1st window, paid, but... then had to clarify the order at the pickup window. We almost had the french fries eaten by the time we received the drinkorder. Chaos. But the french fries were hot and the drinks were delicious! The staff was friendly and apologetic, so I uppedthem to 3 stars. There has to be a smoother process. Read more

Food as usual for McDonald's smaller patties than usual still couldn't put them on the bun right. Took forever for 2 mcdoubles... and mchicken. Root beer wouldn't shut off they said ehh o well. No medium lids put out soda area disgusting. Read more

Honestly, probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my whole life and the worst customer service. Absolutely... ridiculous. I will never ever in my life drive through this drive-thru ever again. I will never spend money at this McDonald's.And I truly hope everyone else avoids it too every single time I've ever been here. It's ridiculous. The staff is completelyignorant and the food never is is fresh even though they make you pull forward and pull forward and go pull in some other spotand then it comes out cold. Oh sorry I had to edit this review because the staff is seriously dressed like they're all homeless.The one kid that's running the drive-up window has a shower cap on. I mean completely unprofessional every part of this store.Not one of them. Had their hair done a hat on or their shirts tucked in. They were all just ridiculous. Read more

I work over night shifts , getting off around 6:15 am I am always starving and McDonald?s on wabash is only a few blocks away.... It?s says they open at 430 am yet when I pull through the drive through , menu on , automatic recording plays , but there is noone to be found. This must be an everyday issue because I?d say it?s happened more than ten times . And not having a vehicle,my ride isn?t going across town for my breakfast . Arguably one of the worst McDonald's in the area. I've never seen a whole staff so unhappy and unpleasant. It's rare if they... ever greet/speak to you at the drive-through. Today, the window employee cracked the window just wide enough to stick thecoffee through -- without looking -- and then slammed the window shut once I took it. Zero stars for last nights performance. If customer service and quality of food is going to continue to be this poor, McDonald?s... prices need to be negotiable. I completely wasted $22 on food from this establishment last night, it was ridiculous. Read more

After reading a few of the most recent reviews, I see I am NOT IN THE MINORITY when it comes to experiences with this franchise... location! I was going to my local McDonald's in Chatham but a popup kept telling me they were having issues with their expresso- I even called to confirm. So I checked other locations and this one on way West Wabash said it had it, so I called toconfirm. The person answering sounded annoyed I would even bother and after saying "Yes, they did", I decided to go out of myway there for breakfast that would include the Peppermint Mocha. No one at order station outside but had a difficult timeconveying what I wanted with staff. And instead of asking for App code, was told to just pull up to first window. Realizing theorder went through as a Latte, I corrected when I paid. More confusion. Paid in cash and not provided a receipt and the priceseemed more than what it should have been. Went to pickup window and was given my biscuit and gravy, and, my coffee. Pulledahead and parked only to discover there was NO PEPPERMINT FLAVOR, and, I felt that nearly two inches of no coffee (see picture)seemed a tad off. No "have a great day" or anything. Kind of had an attitude IMHO. Shook/stirred it up and no peppermintflavor. Repeated and same outcome. Backed up and drove to speaker ordering station. Was told that he had seen peppermint go I tothe Coffee but would redo it and I was to continue on to second window. Got to window and was being told I was wrong but he hadput two shots of flavor into this one and basically argued about it, and, seemed agitated that I was trying to give them backthe first one that had no taste, other than bad... . Pulled back into parking area, used the knife from the biscuit and gravy tostir it up and caught the faint hint of peppermint. Had to add sweetener as to me at least, it tasted like c**p. At least thusone was only 1.25" of coffee, where as the other was missing nearly 2+" of coffee. No I drove in fro Read more
