Terrible lol got our food at the window, was told to pull up to the waiting area for drive threw, waiting 22 minutes for sweet... tea, lady came out asked us what we were doing I said waiting for our tea , they forgot about us. Usually fine. Consistency I think is the biggest struggle here. I've recently had a few poor experiences where my doordash order... was wrong, had another where the fries tasted days old. No matter what, it's better than the Burger King next door! Read more
Last few times I went my order was wrong or I was told to pull up to waiting zone and sat there for over 20 minutes. Had to... return items and/or go into store to retrieve items as they forgot my order completely. I would t have cared so much if youdon't pay ahead for everything. This may be due to understaffing, which I know is rampant everywhere. But most of there timesthey were not super busy and others had come and gone who were after me. Read more
Drive-thru idiots can?t speak clear English, lie about food not being ready, and leave you sitting ?out front? until you have to... go in to get your food. The only saving grace was the apologetic, competent front counter person. I won?t go to this ghettoMcDonalds again. $15/hr employees? They aren?t worth $5/hr. Read more
Came in on the 4th of July about 6:30pm with my family. Place smelled like rotten milk. Dining room tables were littered with... garbage and lettuce. Floor was disgusting. Kids had to use the bathroom so I waited for them while debating if we were going toeat or leave. Used the hand sanitizer and it was greasy and smelled just like the rotten smell that filled the resteraunt. Hadto go wash it off in the bathroom. Surprisingly the bathroom was cleaner than the dining room. Should have stayed and ate inthere but decided to leave and go to Burger King. Terrible experience. Zero stars for this location this time. Simply asked for more picante sauce and the lady through drive thru acted like I just asked her to borrow $500. It's SAUCE lady!... Something your company gets free by the bulk practically. Sorry to make you WORK. Get your customer service in check. Edit:This place is a joke. End of story. Read more
