Food was okay. The inside was dirty - floor, tables, by the soda fountain. In the women's restroom only 1 stall had toilet... paper, and there were NO paper towels to dry your hands off with. Staff was super nice and friendly. Read more
My hamburger was missing the meat patty, and the wait time was not good. Half my food was missing from the bag, so I had to wait... even longer. The only hope I had were the nice staff. They made the wait time bearable! Cooks seemed to be lollygagging a bit. Read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Twice on this visit yo Springfield, ordered a large plain coffee. Both times handed a not even warm to... the touch large plain coffee. When asked for a fresh cup, first time refused to take back what handed to me, at least Ireceived a warmer cup. The next day, after waiting a couple of seconds after driving forward they handed me the same coldcup. Worst service ever. Read more

Sitting here waiting for our food. It?s gotten very busy all of a sudden and evidently someone didn?t show up. I watched as... everyone is hustling trying to get the orders out as soon as possible. The lady taking orders inside is exceptionally friendlyand keeping her cool. I am pleasantly surprised. Read more
Waited for more than 7 mins sitting at the drive-thru window before they take my order. The other line was moving, and 3 or 4... customer already done gave their order except mine. Nobody even said "Could you pls hold a moment?" I was sitting there sayingI can't hear you, Still no one answering. Very poor customer service. Read more
