We came in with our child with food allergies and received wonderful service! The staff were very attentive. Our waitress,... Erica, caught a allergy that I didn't see on the menu and my son's meal was carefully prepared. When we were asking questionsthat needed more help, Karen, the manager stepped in and was able to help. I had the bone in ribeye, potato soup, and mac N cheese. It was, hands Doan, the saltiest hunk of meat I've ever eaten. The soup... was also salty, probably from the bacon. The Mac was great. Service left much to be desired. This will be the last trip tooutback. It looked great though. Read more

Terrible service, unreasonable wait for our food - and the food was poor quality. The fries were clearly very old, veggies on... the sandwich mushy, the cooked veggies and mashed potatoes flavorless... All in all very disappointed. Our server Sonya was absolutely amazing and made sure we always had a full drink in front of us. The food was delicious! The... manager Tyler also came around a couple times to make sure things were going well and to see if we needed anything to make ourexperience here better. We will definitely be coming back!
