Every time I go here for a delivery pickup, I have to search over 4 different locations to find a delivery pickup. It would be... helpful if the racks and shelves used for delivery orders were actually used for delivery orders rather than holding ordershostage behind the front counter because of theft like is currently happening according to your staff. If not, get rid of yourshelves and racks, please. A 10 minute wait to get someone's attention to hand me a bag of cold food is not proficient. Read more
I ordered a Ceasars salad and that was NOT what I got. The young lady at the register struggled. I barely ate the salad, and... didn't want to make a big deal out of it because I was in a lunch date with a new guy! Today's lunch wasn't worth the nearly $30we paid! Very disappointing. Totally incompetent employees. Crazy long wait. Person who took order could not seem to understand what we wanted. Cold... bacon (grease still congealed on it). They couldn't even get a medium black coffee correct. Made it sweet. Threw out entireorder that we waited forever and paid $15 for. Do not go to this Panera. Read more

Online ordering was down so I went to the actual restaurant to order food for our company. The ordering process went extremely... smooth. The cashier, Sharon, was extremely nice and listened to everything that I ordered! I expected 10+ items to take half anhour to be prepared, but everything was done in less than 5 minutes.
