Foods good but have very poor customer service skills

My husband and I normally love this place however today not so much! When u order double steak meat and I get a sandwich more... bread and looks like as much meat a taco bell puts in a taco it's crazy! What did we just pay for extra bread? And I asked atleast three times make sure there is no banana peppers and have it loaded with peppers when I get it ugh!!!! Read more

This Penn Station is across the street from Walmart on the West side of Springfield. The food was great but not a good value on... this trip. It was difficult to enjoy because the place felt frantic with a lot of yelling going on by employees behind the line.It was about orders needed and orders being corrected; normal stuff for a lunch rush. But I've been to plenty of places that areable to do it quieter and/or sounding more professional. The lunch rush is also not a great time to have someone at the registerwho still needs a little more experience. That one is truly understandable these days when staffing is incredibly difficult tomaintain. As I said, it wasn't a good value for me "that trip." What an excellent surprise! The club was the best wrap I've ever had. We were recommended this place while we were out... shopping so decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did because it was just what was needed to wrap up a day of errands andshopping.
