I ventured out of the house today trying to crawl out of my depressive state. Wanted a hot chocolate here. It was hot, but... that?s about it. It was slightly brown tinted and just tasted like water. I don?t go to Starbucks but my granddaughter loves it. Took her there Saturday morning so she could start with food in her belly... since she didn?t eat before I picked her up. The drink order was incorrect so they said they couldn?t take it back but made thecorrect one. This morning I was checking my bank account when I noticed they charged me but then the money was put back in myaccount. I called my bank first to make sure I was looking at it right and I was so I called them so I could pay for it and theyrefused to let me pay. They let me keep the drink but I felt I should have paid for what we received. It took less than 5minutes from order to getting the correct drink so it wasn?t a long wait time. I just feel like I should pay for what wereceived. I spoke to the manager and she said to pay it forward which I have no problem doing so. Really nice people workingthere, I wouldn?t have expected my money return though. It?s a great place and will go there again but, if my drink is everwrong again, I will make sure I pay. ???? Delicious Frap, ordered easily on the app, and quickly picked up by a friendly associate. Indoor seating still closed but the... outdoor tables are open. Not much of a view, but it was a beautiful day and I was able to enjoy my entire drink while relaxingoutside. ???????? Read more
I ordered a tall decaf americano with light cinnamon and ended up with a grande (not a problem) decaf americano with extra... cinnamon! I mean so much cinnamon the last half of the drink was unbearable. Since I was drinking it at home I thought I?d justuse a coffee filter to filter out the extra cinnamon.... there was SO much cinnamon that it wouldn?t filter. Read more
